Hey guys Pam and i discussed flights, times & dates etc tonight an email will be sent out shortly, but we also discussed us all identifying each other and meeting up for the first time at Heahtrow and meeting with the others at the hotel in Chicago - Options were spoken off, then Pam came up with a fantastic idea for something for us that we will all be able to spot quite easily in a busy airport and is so APT for us all going to see Billy too!

We are all going to wear a Grissom type 'Straw Hat'!!!! yep you got it we are that crazy! ha ha ha ha We need you all to watch out for a cheep version of a similar type of straw hat in your Pound shops and cheap shops, Pam did see some in her pound shop for £1 but they have gone now, but she is going to keep checking again. If any of you find a cheap version of straw hats could they please let me know ASAP because we may need to purchase them and mail them to those who cant find them cheap!

The other thing to add to the straw hat theme for the greet, is for us all once we have the hats to put a ribon around it, then insert something fun & either Billy, Grissom, CSI or theater appropriate that will serve as a great ice breaker for us all on meeting!

need any help or suggestions let us know here!!! have fun thinking up your hat attatchments guys!

Okay we are looking to pull together some kind of organized meet and greet when we all finally arrive at the hotel and settle in our rooms, sooooooooooo i am asking you all what kinds of stuff you'd like from the meeting?

Funny Ice breaker games to help relax and introduce ourselves to each other whilst laughing?

Information booklets/leaflets for all the attractions we could go see?

An itinery of what we hope to be doing for our stay in Chicago?

An alcoholic toast drink????

Come on give me some idea's it wont be a stuffy meeting where one of us prattles on for ages, we want and need fun ideas from you, but also there will be a certain serious element to it as we cover safety issues, what to do in emergencies etc too!
