The episode opens up with a load of bikers driving up to a bikers bar then they all dismount and enter the bar. Some order drinks, an man and a women are talling when another biker guy spots a female biker and makes a comment about her, not getting the response he wanted the guy then moves and knocks over a beer bottle on the pool table. A bar fight breaks out, then we see all the bikers fleeing the bar as we hear police sirens. One biker hits a police car as he rides his bike at a squad car. We now see Brass & Ray enter the bar where David Phillips is taking the liver temperature of the victim lying on the floor. He tells them the victim has multiple stab wounds and has been dead less than an hour.

Brass:Nobody knows anything...Somebody knows something

(Credits Roll)

All the bikers from the bar that were caught leaving by the police are now lined up ready to board an LVPD bus to take them back to the police station. Ray is at the crime scene examining a thick link chain as Hodges and Greg walk into the bar.

Hodges:This is my first time in a biker bar

Ray suggests looking for a murder weapon in the form of a knife, so Hodges tells them he will look in the kitchen, while Greg stays inside to start processing, and Ray goes outside to inspect the motorcycles commenting on how beautiful some of the machines are.



Now we see Hodges back at the crime lab testing all the knives he found at the crime scene location, then the scene turns to Catherine in the morgue with Doc Robbins as she reminisces about her brief relationship with a biker many years ago.



Wendy, Mandy and Hodges are at LVPD collecting fingerprints, nail scraping trace and DNA samples from the many bikers from the biker bar. They all show disgust and distaste and the hygiene of some of the bikers as they carry out their work collecting samples.

Brass is then seen interviewing a few of the biker suspects who have now been processed and are wearing orange overalls, but none of them are saying anything about the murder.

At LVPD Hodges, Wendy & Mandy are still processing the many bikers. Hodges ask a biker for his boots who slips them of and Hodges steps back at the strong odor. Wendy asks a female biker Tanya Charles to open her mouth for a bucal swab but she call's Wendy a *****. Hodges quickly steeping over to them demands that the woman apologize to Wendy, he receives a head butt to the nose in reply.

Hodges:You owe Miss Simm's an apology



Wendy:Chivalry is not dead
Hodges: No but it's nose is bleeding.

Ray is in the lab garage processing the victims bike when Catherine walks in telling him that the victim was connected to an open homicide investigation involving a dead hooker who was raped post mortem.
Ray show's cath an Ipod he found on the bike, then he finds a knife tucked away bearing the initials 'JN'.



Under sheriff Conrad Ecklie approaches Jim Brass talking to him in hushed tones as he tells him the male biker victim is an undercover cop Jack Nettle's using the biker name Joseph Niagra.

Brass: What kinda cop is a tweaking necrophiliac?





Ecklie and Brass are now at the door of the undercover cop about to tell his wife Rita Nettles of his death whilst on an undercover operation. On opening the door Jim recognizes the woman and calls her Rita, as she shows the same reaction to Jim. Inside Ecklie introduces himself then tells her about her husband, she steps forward to Jim who puts his arm around her to comfort her. Mrs Nettles tells them she lost her husband six months ago when he started the undercover operation acting strange and she suspected he was taking drugs when he stole money from her. She tells them she went to LVPD to speak to her husbands captain the night before when her husband was killed, before she walks off into another room.

Ecklie:You gonna tell me how you know her?
Brass:No

Greg & Riley are now back at the bar with a laptop to recreate the scene with all the footprints and bloody hand prints. Then we see Catherine dragging the biker victims girlfriend Tanya Charles into a room in LVPD where Jim Brass is. Tanya seems hyped as she animatedly tells them she made the 911 call from behind the biker bar just after the murder took place. She tells them the barman recieved a call then all non biker members were told to leave the bar. Tanya is then told Ecklie has taken her off the detail (undercover operation) and she demands to speak to Ecklie saying she wont leave the case now, that she owes it to Joey/Jack.



Ray and Doc Robbins are now in the morgue as Doc states there are 24 stab wounds on the victim, mostly to the torso, arms and kidney area with one specific on the the temple being the cause of death.



We then see Nick in one of the labs comparing tissues stab impressions to the knives collected by Hodges from the blasters biker bar. Nick then states that only 2 of the collected knives match 2 of the stab wounds, Wendy tells Nick and Ray that the blood found on the knife with the initials JN thats was found on the victims bike matches the victim. They talk about biker gangs in conflict with each other of drug and try to theorize



Brass is a LVPD on the phone to Conrad Ecklie as he states there is no need for him to recuse himself from the case having knowing the victims wife. He assures Ecklie that if the situation changes he will let him know otherwise. As he gets off the phone he sees Rita approach his office, they are both a little uncomfortable as they talk;

Rita:Why didn't you tell me you were a cop?
Brass:What i didn't.......I thought....No...That's not it....
Rita:I told you that i was married.
Brass:Kinda.....lets not....We don't really need to talk about that....We've been over that...
Rita:I wana explain to you
Brass:You don't have to explain anything to me.

Rita goes on to explain that not hearing from her husband Jack, him changing getting deeper & deeper into his undercover job, stealing her money for drugs etc. As they are talking they see Tanya Charles being released from custody, as she strolls down the hall and locks eyes with Rita.



Now we see Nick outside the biker bar in the parking lot behind his car, the revs of a motorcycle approaching gets his attention as he eyes the black leather clad rider with a black visor on his helmet covering his face. As the biker comes to a stop Nick asks;

Nick;You lost
Ray;(Removes his helmet with a grin) I don't think so

Ray tells Nick he has a theory that one of the bikers that got away the night of the murder must have dumped the knives as they drove off on their bikes, so tell him he is going to take a look. Ray follows what he thinks was the bikers route away from the crime scene, on one road he stops and two columns of bikers ride past him, before they disappear out of site. He sees an alleyway, goes down it and eventually finds a small back pack containing bloody knives.








Ray and Catherine are now in the lab as they discuss the findings that they have five matches from the evidence to the suspects being held in custody. The we see Catherine in with Archie in the AV lab as he tells her the call made to the bar tender in the biker bar was placed from inside LVPD. They look at video footage and it shows Rita Nettles placing the call.

Catherine shows Jim the video footage of Rita making the call, then tells Jim that's she now thinks he has a conflict of interest in the case.
So we now see Conrad Ecklie interviewing Rita at LVPD as Brass looks on through the observation room. Ecklie accuses her of being jealous of Tanya Charles, then making the call to the bar knowing her husband could be killed and she could claim his death benefits, but she denies it claiming she was just calling the bar for him and was allowed to do so in an emergency.



The we see Brass and Conrad disussing what they know about the shipment of drugs that Tanya Charles told them was due to arrive in Vegas.

Back at the Blasters bike bar Greg and Nick are bringing out CSI dummies for a reconstruction to take place. They see Tanya Charled get out of a cab and hug another woman before walking over to her car and getting in. Suddely the car explodes in flames and they rush over, Nick makes a 911 call for help saying there is an officer down.







Afterwards Nick & Greg are processing the new crime scene, and Nick finds a piece of red paper indicating dynamite was used to explode the car. He theorizes that with the time spent at the original crime scene including the parking lot which was watched all the time, he states that the explosives were planted prior to the original murder indicating both victims covers were blown and targets to be killed.



The team are now in the biker bar, including Hodges as they run through their theory of what they know by the blood, knife, suspects and stab wound evidence, with Greg taking on the role of the victim. They realize they still have to identify another suspect who they think is the biker gang leader who the two undercover cops were trying to investigate. Ray suddenly gets an idea and goes to check on the bar phone, when he opens it he sees a bugging device and they realized that the barman has to be their suspect Scratch.






Catherine and Archie are back in the AV listening to the wire tap, with Rita Nettles voice and Tanya Charles voices being heard, and it is confirmed that the bartender must be the blasters gang leader Scratch.





We now see Scratch and his blasters biker members all assembled, they star up their bikes and take of towards a warehouse where the shipment of drugs is to be delivered. As they enter the warehouse they spot the lorry driver dead on the floor, next thing other motorcycles from the opposing biker gang enter, some of them drawing guns.



Then we hear police sirens ad patrol cars drive into the warehouse, jump out of their cars and pull their service weapons.





Jim Brass pulls his own gun and trains it on one biker Scratch, who revs his engine then drives towards Brass' car, Jim fires shots then the biker skids and comes of his bike looking to be dead on the ground.



The last scene of the episode show Catherine walking into Jim's office carrying a bottle of Scotch, as she says i hear this is how you like to relax after a tough case. Jim brings out two classes and she pours them a drink, nothing is said as the camera pans out and fades to black.
